FotoPal Sports terms of use
The rules for using the FotoPal Sports and FotoPal Sports Studio apps and the photo gallery websites.
Draft of 18 October 2026.
About these terms
FotoPal Sports is provided by JR Photo and Video Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787). By using the apps or galleries you agree to these terms. Your purchases are also covered by your studio's own terms.
Who can use FotoPal Sports
- You must be 18 or over.
- You may only view and order photos of players you are the parent or legal guardian of, or that your club or studio has given you access to.
- Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. Don't share access to your account.
Purchases
- Photos, prints and products are sold by your studio, not by FotoPal or Apple or Google. The studio sets the prices and is responsible for your order, delivery, refunds and replacements.
- Prints and physical products can be bought in the app and are paid through Stripe.
- Digital downloads are sold on the studio's website and are not for sale in the app.
Acceptable use
You must not use FotoPal Sports to:
- upload a photo of anyone other than your own player, or a photo you don't have the right to use;
- upload content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or that shows self-harm or illegal activity;
- upload content that exploits or endangers a child in any way;
- copy, share or publish other families' photos or information;
- try to get around security, access other people's accounts, or overload or interfere with the service.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every Shoot Your Own upload is screened automatically and checked by a person at the studio before it can be used.
We and the studio may remove any content, refuse an order, pause your uploads or close your account if you break these terms. Content that may be illegal, including any content that sexualises or endangers a child, is preserved and reported to the authorities.
Reporting a problem
If you see a photo that is wrong or shouldn't be there (the wrong child, someone else in the shot, or anything inappropriate), tap "Report a problem with this photo" in the app. The report goes to the studio's review queue and alerts the studio, which aims to respond within 24 hours.
You can also email support@fotopal.ai.
Photos you upload
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You allow the studio and FotoPal to store, process (remove the background, adjust colour and lighting) and print them for your family's own order. We never change your player's face, body, skin tone or age.
The service
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms; we'll show the new date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app.
